Hedron Crab/Nemesis of Reason/Ambassador Laquatus will effectively mill your opponent's deck each turn, and cards like Glimpse the Unthinkable and Mind Funeral will do the most damage to your opponent's library.
Keep on stalling with Frozen Aether, and bounce any creatures with Man-o'-War, and your opponent will find its deck empty in no time.
