Collectible Card Game Headquarters

I've imported the NPE decks from the Open Beta.

Figure this might save someone else the time of having to do it themselves. I was impressed at how easy it is to import decks into Forge!

I should note that the Tactical Assault deck utilizes a few cards that are not supported by Forge yet, so the card count is 54 instead of 60.

Excluded cards are:

- Confront the Assault
- Tactical Advantage
- Angelic Reward
- Inspiring Commander

I've added scripts to support the Arena-only cards. Assuming my Merge Request gets pulled in, look for support in the next Forge release.

Aren't these already in the precons?

I did a "grep -R Monstrosaur *" on forge-gui/res/ and only see it in the NPE decks I've created: Dragon's Fire and Primal Fury. I'm pretty sure I've got the latest and greatest source code.

I thought you meant the decks that are included in the Forge distribution under res/quest/precons.
