Collectible Card Game Headquarters

I recently discovered the card Nemesis of Reason and I think it's my new favorite creature. I'm a big fan of milling and blue so I decided to build a deck around Nemesis of Reason.

Early on this deck struggles a bit, but as long as you get at least one Mind Funeral you're usually fine.

The most recent iteration of my Dimir Mill deck. I'm almost completely satisfied with it. The only thing I would change is the 2x Guiltfeeder, but I'm not too sure what I'd replace them with - possibly Haunting Echoes.
