I kinda rushed on those decks, so they might have typo errors. Also, some decks aren't working as expected, while others are working better than expected :)

Sloth spent a lot of time last year improving the quest decks. The AI could not use fetch lands at that time. Now that the AI can use fetch lands I think that it may be a good idea to add them to some but not all of the decks.

I'd like to add that Painter's Servant combo decks such as Samantha Stevens Grindstone deck are almost unfair and pretty much no fun.

I just found this post. Now that Corwin brought some new quest opponents, I think it's time to rework some of the old decks.

I will go through your decks and update those that stick to the same theme. Decks with new themes might become new opponents (if I have the time for this).

And this is a good place to start a discussion on which decks to completely replace with new themes, because they:
A. Don't have any identifiable theme. OR
B. The theme/deck is very annoying (Samantha Stevens).

I would also like to remove the name of forum members/developers and inappropriate comments from the quest deck descriptions , if it is ok with everyone. The quest mode should be like a immersive fantasy game (ok, we have a long way to go) and things like this are out of flavor.

What do you think?

I am in favor of removing references to developers.

I updated some of the tier 3 decks. I only used some of your versions though, since most of them completely changed the theme.

Some of the old decks don't have a recognizable theme and/or are much too weak:

Batman 3
King Kong 3
Luke Skywalker 3
Professor X 3
Scooby Doo 3

If noone objects, I will replace these decks with some of yours lazylockie. There are quite a few I like a lot.
There are more unbalanced/random decks that have 2 or all 3 tiers. I will think up a solution for them too.

Seabiscuit 1-3 should have been replaced with a new theme last year. I think that this one was a weakish Fear type deck if I remember correctly.

We replaced the landwalk decks with a single color deck. Seabiscuit could become a Metalcraft deck theme, not sure as I have not had much time to really think about it.

Good idea. I will turn them into white Metalcraft decks (Ardent Recruit, Indomitable Archangel etc.).

In Vampire 2 and Vampire 3 the AI is having a problem with Captivating Vampire. I replaced them with Vampire Nocturnus.
Here are replacements for Vampire 2 and 3.

I removed the forum members and developers names from the quest deck opponent deck descriptions.

I also updated the Seabiscuit opponent deck descriptions.

The deck descriptions should be re-written. I am not sure what sort of a format should be used.

We could start the desc with the colors, and then use:

Aggro
Control
Combo

Some specific decks types also have a special name type such as Jund or Zoo. I have almost no background in this area.

What sort of material would follow this? Some sort of reference to the theme?

Another deck that has to become more powerful is Jack Sparrow 3. I don't want to change the theme (it's pirates, what can be better) for the Jack Sparrow 1 and 2, but Ramirez DePietro and Talas Merchant just won't cut it in tier 3. Any ideas how to make this deck more powerful while staying (at least mostly) on theme?

Yes starting with the colors would be a good idea. Reducing the description to one or a few keywords is my proposition (Jund, Zoo, Goblins, etc.). Adding Aggro/Control/Combo can be difficult sometimes and I don't think it's needed.
