Boundless Realms is in Dr Watson 2 and not in Dr Watson 3 because it's a "win more" card in this deck (if the effect is worth seven mana, you are probably winning anyway).

hm. I guess.
Anyway, I have an idea regarding
Bela Lugosi 3: Maybe adding some Bloodline Keeper 's
Apu Nahasapeemapetilon 4: replace the 4 forest with 4 Savannah ; add Phyrexian Unlife -> having both Phyrexian Unlife and the outcast in play, you can't loose the game via life loose.

Just some small ideas I came across

Sometimes the AI needs "win more" cards to win. I think this might be one of those cases because for one lost slot it can double it's creature output and ensure the win. (Just my 2 cents though. Deckbuilding = not my strong point.)

I've tested Dr Watson 3 a bit more and i think the power level is high enough to replace one Primeval Titan with Boundless Realms, since you seem to like Boundless Realms so much. :D

Nice combo. I've added one Phyrexian Unlife and 3 Savannahs (it's hard to find more room ):
Apu Nahasapeemapetilon 4 | Open

[metadata]
Name=Apu Nahasapeemapetilon 4

4 Wooded Foothills
4 Arid Mesa
4 Taiga
3 Copperline Gorge
3 Savannah
2 Forest|ISD
1 Mox Emerald
1 Mox Ruby
1 Mox Pearl
1 Mox Jet
4 Time of Need
4 Melira, Sylvok Outcast
1 Heartmender
4 Kitchen Finks
4 Safehold Elite
4 Murderous Redcap
3 Blasting Station
4 Goblin Bombardment
4 Bloodbraid Elf
1 Naturalize
2 Lightning Bolt
1 Phyrexian Unlife
[sideboard]

well. one option would be reducing the Bloodbraid Elf count.
The lightning bolds are used against special creatures, right? So, their use is limited (as soon as you have phyrexian unlife and the outcast, you don't care for normal creatures. Same is true for having the outcast and a persist creature).

Bloodbraid Elf is so good because it virtually raises the number of combo pieces in your deck. In testing i found out though, that the decks has too many lands, so i cut another Copperline Gorge for a second Phyrexian Unlife.

Apu Nahasapeemapetilon 4 | Open

I really like the card Call to the Kindred, thus I thought about in which decks this one could fit.
One would be the WUBGR Sliver deck. Since it is 5-coloured anyway, Call to the Kindred seems to fit pretty good, especially since one additional sliver each turn can improve the army a LOT.
Another one would be a black-blue Zombie deck - does this one even exist? I never came across one, as far as I remember anyway :P

Just a suggestion I came up with after thinking a bit over Call to the Kindred. Its a pretty good card for theme decks, and actually, I could even imagine a new deck around it. Let me see if it gets strong enough...

An extra addition to that would be Hivestone.

The Problem with Hivestone is, that it only changes the creature type on the battlefield.
If you have a sliver deck, it doesn't matter if you have Hivestone or not, since you play either changelings or (which is far better) other slivers. You don't need to have an additional sliver as creature type since in a sliver deck, every creature is a sliver.
Or do I misunderstand Hivestone?

I've modified the WUBRG Sliver deck:
Cyclops 3 | Open
[duel]
[metadata]
Name=Cyclops 3
Title=Cyclops
Difficulty=hard
Description=WUBRG Sliver deck
Icon=Cyclops.jpg
Deck Type=constructed
[main]
1 Underground Sea
1 Plateau
1 Taiga
1 Tundra
1 Bayou
1 Savannah
3 Wooded Foothills
4 Misty Rainforest
4 Ancient Ziggurat
1 Windswept Heath
1 Mox Pearl
1 Mox Emerald
1 Mox Jet
1 Mox Ruby
1 Mox Sapphire
1 Ancestral Recall
1 Call to the Kindred
1 Darksteel Ingot
1 Descendants' Path
1 Muscle Sliver
1 Horned Sliver
1 Hunter Sliver
1 Frenzy Sliver
1 Blade Sliver
1 Watcher Sliver
1 Harmonic Sliver
1 Fury Sliver
1 Heart Sliver
3 Metallic Sliver
1 Screeching Sliver
1 Synchronous Sliver
2 Winged Sliver
1 Plated Sliver
1 Might Sliver
1 Battering Sliver
4 Gemhide Sliver
1 Bonesplitter Sliver
1 Sinew Sliver
1 Essence Sliver
1 Reflex Sliver
1 Brood Sliver
1 Clot Sliver
1 Crystalline Sliver
1 Lymph Sliver
1 Sidewinder Sliver
1 Sliver Legion
[sideboard]

In addition to Call to the Kindred, i've added some more goodies like Descendants' Path, Ancient Ziggurat, Hunter Sliver and Harmonic Sliver for Naturalize, Concentrate and Breath of Life.

Yes we don't have black-blue Zombie deck yet. Diregraf Captain is a sad panda.

Hm, how about a graveyard-themed B U Zombie deck with Forbidden Alchemy, some self-milling zombies, Havengul Lich, Zombie Apocalypse and Unbreathing Horde?
Including Havengul Runebinder, Cementary Reaper and some Zombies who need to exile creature cards....

If you splash in Red you can use Lord of Tresserhorn (if the AI knows how to use it)
