I've added some more cards that add tribal synergy:tojammot wrote:Warrior tribal based on Chief of the Scale and Chief of the Edge

Could easily be tweaked to being a Human-Warrior tribal.
Yes, ORI is a nice set for deckbuilders, so many different themes.tojammot wrote:I'll wait until the ORI cards are complete for other decks.
I had thought about a deck with this theme before, but never finished thinking/started building (how could we not have a March of the Machines deck?). I haven't really tested your version yet, but want to throw around some ideas which i want to test when i have more time: Fieldmist Borderpost, Akroma's Memorial, Norn's Annex, Spear of Heliod, Golem Foundry and maybe Dolmen Gate, Mirrorworks or Cumber Stone.tojammot wrote:

I'll work on it again, in the meantime can you add a medium version of Montgomery Burns? Tainted Remedy should replace his Leyline of Punishment, cutting his colors down to two.Sloth wrote:I had thought about a deck with this theme before, but never finished thinking/started building (how could we not have a March of the Machines deck?). Good idea. But Everlasting Torment and Forsaken Wastes may also have to be removed, because Tainted Remedy won't work with them.tojammot wrote:in the meantime can you add a medium version of Montgomery Burns? Tainted Remedy should replace his Leyline of Punishment, cutting his colors down to two.
Exactly, and that's why it won't work. Tainted Remedy replaces lifegain, but with Everlasting Torment or Forsaken Wastes, no lifegain can occur, and so it can't be replaced.tojammot wrote:Really now? I just checked, Tainted Remedy's life-draining effect still works even if Everlasting Torment/Forsaken Wastes is in play. From my interpretation, it's a replacement effect.
Yes, the rules are clear about this and Forge was wrong. A static effect will prevent replacement effects. I've just commited a fix.Marek14 wrote:Exactly, and that's why it won't work. Done! (i hope this doesn't mess with savegames)tojammot wrote:Just being finicky with opponent names, can you (or anyone with svn permissions) rename Mr Smith to Agent Smith?

I love stuff like that. Added as Agent Smith 2 (there's no way this could be added as an easy deck with so much beastliness).
I did some playtesting and found that Steel Overseer, Talisman of Progress, Darksteel Juggernaut, Tempered Steel, Tolarian Academy and Ancient Tomb sometimes underperformed (even though some they can be explosive). Instead i've added some cards that help actually reach March of the Machines: Sol Ring, Sun Droplet and Defense Grid.
That's a great sentence.tojammot wrote:And that's where Great Wall comes in.
