Well, the AI will not sacrifice a Blisterpod at any cost, but will trade and chump block more aggressively with them. But anyway they work great with Descendants' Path (the opponent would need two removal spells to keep the AI from spilling spaghetti on the battlefield).Nordos wrote:Does he actively sacrifice his Blisterpods to get the Eldrazi Scion? Otherwise it may be a bit useless in a ramp deck, since it will only block once he would get lethal damage....
I've added basic AI support for Fell the Mighty. But after testing the deck a bit i found that 3 win conditions is a little low for a hard deck. Otherwise it works well.tojammot wrote:Here's the defender deck from earlier, slightly modified

Requesting AI for Fell the Mighty, just a simple "Target own creature with lowest power" script should work.
Alternatively I can reuse the Bant version where it goes for pure stall with Bubble Matrix and Doorkeeper for further Defender synergy. I don't know any other lategame options since this deck can last (outside of boardwipes)Nordos wrote:Maybe without Fell the Mighty, it would be a Medium opponent?
(Fetches and Duals, obviously, would need to be replaced as well)
Add in one more Assault Formation and one more Wall, making it a stall deck with upturn when he draws an Assault Formation.
Otherwise, it seems pretty similar to the Doran Deck, though he needs to actively spend mana to attack (since they all have defender), has a very low chance on finding his Doran (after all only one Formation), but tries to get into the lategame.
How about:Sloth wrote:Finally the threshold for a mono black mill deck has been reached..., but it's still a bad deck:

Sounds good for a medium version. I will tinker around when i have some time.tojammot wrote:How about:
-1 Shriekhorn, Grindstone, Millstone
+3 Mindcrank
And replacing some cards with more control options? Although the theme of the deck might be lost.
IIRC it shouldn't. But Devoted Druid does.tojammot wrote:I'm currently working on a Flourishing Defenses deck, does Wall of Roots work with it?
Well, we already have a deck that uses lots of these cards: Starfire 3Nordos wrote:IIRC it shouldn't. But Devoted Druid does.tojammot wrote:I'm currently working on a Flourishing Defenses deck, does Wall of Roots work with it?
On that note: Pleas do not include Blowfly Infestation in this deck, otherwise, it would cause infinite loop in some cases
Though Everlasting Torment is a very neat addition. I guess BG with things like Skinrender, Noxious Hatchling and the likes? Kulrath Knight, Phyrexian Hydra/Witherscale Wurm, Aboroth(?), Twinblade Slasher/Glistener Elf/Plague Stinger... Grim Poppet (if the AI knows what to do with it^^), Crumbling Ashes? Glistening Oil, Phyrexian Crusader ...
Sorry. Just some cards that popped up. How do you want to structure that deck?
