What's keeping the Tempest Sliver precon from being Forged? I've been wanting to play with that one forever.

Yeah, this card is tricky to script exactly (probably because of "each of the player's upkeeps"? Or maybe because a copy must be created from a card that is not on stack), but if you'd like to play a variant of this deck, you can probably simulate a somewhat similar effect with Delay. I mean, it won't be the exact same deck, but it will be pretty much playable with just one card changed into a different one with a largely similar effect (Ertai's Meddling is a singleton in that Slivers precon).

All 4 decks from Archenemy: Nicol Bolas are forgeable, not including the scheme deck from Nicol Bolas's deck, which is missing Know Evil:

Archenemy: Nicol Bolas: Archenemy Nicol Bolas; Chandra Nalaar; Gideon Jura; Nissa Revane

3 preconstructed commander decks are made forgeable by the new version, 1.6.3:

Commander (2017 Edition): Arcane Wizardry; Draconic Domination
Commander (2014 Edition): Peer Through Time

Both planeswalker decks from Ixalan are forgeable:

Ixalan Planeswalker Deck: Huatli, Dinosaur Knight; Jace, Ingenious Mind Mage

The first products from Wizards that included preconstructed decks were apparently Rivals Quick Start Set and Introductory Two-Player Set, released in 1996. The decks are all forgeable:

Introductory Two-Player Set: Kazz's Deck; Zakk's Deck
Rivals Quick Start Set: Kazz's First Deck; Kazz's Second Deck; Zakk's First Deck; Zakk's Second Deck

Know Evil is available in Forge 1.6.3, so it should be possible to complete the Archenemy: Nicol Bolas set as well now

Both Merfolk and Goblin Duel Decks are forgeable:

Duel Decks: Merfolk vs. Goblins: Goblins; Merfolk

All 4 Explorers of Ixalan decks are forgeable:

Explorers of Ixalan: Brazen Coalition; Legion of Dusk; River Heralds; Sun Empire

Both Rivals of Ixalan planeswalker decks are made forgeable by the new version, 1.6.6:
