I am considering a special quest deck with Fervent Charge in play and the AI would have a deck with creatures that have to attack each turn if able.

The AI might need to start with a critter or two in play to start since the human will likely have both the wall and a pet in play.

A card that would help this strategy is Bedlam. Maybe it doesn't have to be there from the start, but just in the deck (as it will make the games simple and fast).

I think that the swords are a bit much.
How about these instead?
Pennon Blade
Sword of Vengeance
Viridian Claw
Sylvok Lifestaff
Dead-Iron Sledge

Where does the blue mana come from to cast the 4x Scornful Egotist?

You cast it as a morph but if it gets flipped for Infernal Genesis then you get 8 1/1s.

I also think they are a bit swingy. I've chosen them because they give protection from black to make the creatures unblockable by the tokens from Infernal Genesis. Pennon Blade is a good replacement since it becomes stronger with all the tokens around.

I would give the player a Seal of Doom to start with. That will let them deal with the first threat then they should be able to deal with the torrent of monsters.

It's not really a torrent of monsters, if you count the mana.
The AI will most likely cast one spell on turn 2, than on turn 4, maybe turn 5 and most likely one spell per turn afterwards.

It's easy to beat with a deck that has:
A. A lot of expensive spells as well, or
B. a fair amount of creature removal/bouncing/countering, or
C. some enchantment removal.

What about Seal of Strength then? That would allow for a medium threat to take down the first 7/7 or so.

What I don't like about Seal of Strength is that it can be used to add three points of damage, if you rush the opponent. My suggestion is Defense of the Heart. It's powerful and helps the human player only when the AI has 3 fatties online.

Both the AI and the player should have a Darksteel Ingot.
