Make sure to add Megrim once it's included.

Not sure if they would fit, but I added a few discard spells myself, including Duress and Ostracize.

Duress for sure...Ostracize maybe not..thats more a situational card. What I mean is Ostracize generally was not as a good, and didnt fit this deck all that well...it was better in decks with lots of board disruption and a little discard...very antigreen/red. Where as Duress is just universally useful. Creature only decks have never been teir 1 though Fires decks did try very hard. There are always going to be cards in those decks that you can hurt with Duress...Ostracize while a good hit against a stompy or deadred type deck isnt always useful (Control Blue or Control Blue/White for instance...) though I know the archtypes are once again changing with the additions of the next cycle of sets. Sadly Planeswalkers dont count as creatures or Ostracize might be more useful. :)

Ahhh, I agree with you on that one. Duress is vastly more superior than Ostracize. But I figured, I'm making Duress anyway, might as well make Ostracize since they're so similar and if you code one, coding the other is a piece of cake :D

I wanted to add Thoughtseize too, but then I noticed it was already in MTGForge. I really like Cabal Therapy, but I guess there's no real way to implement cards with flashback yet.

By the way, jpb's addition of Megrim kind of inspired this rampage of mine adding discard cards

I really dont see the attraction of Thoughtseize...as someone else put it: oh joy a duress that hurts you! >.< Not a huge fan of cards like Cabal Therapy it seems like mostly youd want to be doing something else instead of paying the flashback. Now Thrull Surgeon could be kinda cool particularly with the right kind of recursion (Coffin Queen? favorite of the recursive critters). Sadly it still is restricted to main phase sacs only but still can be lots of fun.

Honestly Ive never really thought much of Megrim except as a novelty item...in any environment where it could be a serious threat there are so many easy answers that it just ceases to be good...The exception of course was with Memory Jar which is why that got quickly banned in almost all formats (not sure if it actually was banned in Vintage though)...notice not only didnt they ban Megrim but they reprinted it. :)

As Mike Fitzgerald (maker of Wyvern the TCG and other games) once said...wotc has to print a certain number of wacky cards to appeal to that special crowd of players. :D Well I paraphrased a bit but still its pretty right on.
