Angels Hammer

The idea for this deck came from Rares "RW white rage" deck. We keep the theme of flying creatures. We keep the Skyknight Legionnaire and add a third color, blue. This gives us Lightning Angel. You may decide to replace one of the two Radiant, Archangel with a Serra Angel.

The Hammerfist Giant, Flamebreak and Ryusei, the Falling Star can be tricky. They will damage non-flyers and you and the computer. The Soul Warden will help to keep your life level high enough to use these red cards.

The Wonder is here to turn your non-flyers (Soul Warden / Veteran Armorer / Hammerfist Giant) into flying creatures and they will be immune from the Hammerfist Giant, Flamebreak and Ryusei, the Falling Star.

The Swords to Plowshares is for troublesome creatures that the computer may cast. The Lightning Bolt and the Pongify can be used for the same purpose.

Try to use a Pongify on your Wonder. Your Soul Warden / Veteran Armorer / Hammerfist Giant will become flyers and you end up upgrading your Wonder from a 2/2 to a 3/3. Cute!

The Puppeteer is for the Hammerfist Giant. Hammer the computer twice in the same turn!

An imaginative creature combo deck...you are most weak against mass removal so think about maybe some creature recursion? (Breath of Life etc) or Drawing power (With the given set Thieving Magpie and like cards come to mind)

I see that I forgot to add the card listing to this message. I went back and did an edit and added the listing.

I should also note that this deck slowed my 4 year old computer down on several occasions. I remembered Rares stating somewhere that we should quit and re-launch the program when this happens.

After a few games MTG Forge used to get slower and slower and you had to restart it. I thought the bug was fixed, but it is hard to completely fix this type of odd errors. The problem is related to the phase code which is broken and I'm not sure how to fix it in version 1. Restarting MTG Forge is tacky, but it should work.
