Hi Nordos,
Mirrodin World would be cool!
For Ravnica I chose te leave out the core sets as these are not part of the plane, but you could argument just as easily that they should be part of it.
We'll need a lot of decks. To get yourself a headstart, you could add all block constructed top decks.
What helped me for my world is to have a structure (guilds) and work from there. Maybe a mirrodin deck for most legends and planeswalkers? And different power levels for some of them? That will also give a home for all mirrodin abilities.
If cards permit we could also build a "storyline":
- first level(s) only cards from the mirrodin faction
- then a level with phyrexian faction
- final level(s) : all cards available (they have blended together)
We could take this even 1 step further and configure the world to reflect this:
- you choose a faction (mirrodin or phyrexian, maybe we could add the green anti-artifact from the old block to the phyrexians, can't remeber the old storyline...)
- you get and are able to buy cards from your faction (and neutral support cards, which will be a considerable amount)
- you only play against opponents from the other side and beat the crap out of them! and shove them off your world!
this would require some programming and probably not worth it...but still..

I think that you have to ban artifact lands in easy and med decks.
The precon decks in the easy slot seem to work well.
That is 26 decks per wikipedia.
Edit: I got most of the decks together and removed the banned cards like Disciple of the Vault and Skullclamp. I will try to get them formatted and do a little bit of testing tonight. The rest of the week I expect to be busy with Bioshock.

Hah, I don't know why I included all the artifact lands in the myr and the Darksteel deck. Maybe because I just felt like adding typical Mirrodin cards to the decks ^^
Then again, if the theme require it (metalcraft), I would include the artifact lands (for example in the artifact deck) as long as the level is medium or higher...
Any need for other decks? Wouldn't know if my decks would be too similar to the precons, though, and I'm not in the mood to test them through out, yet just creating kind of concepts like I did with the previous post.

Hello, I'm back
I stopped play with forge for a while, because I endend initial quest mode with brokens decks, 10 blue mox, 10 black lotus, 10 time spiral within. So, the game loose all taste.
I'm currently playing Ravnica world, Expert difficulty.
So, I give you feedback.
It's exactly what I was looking for : original and limited choice of cards, and no broken cards.
So, I really enjoy it.
I hope Quests mode will be improuved in the futur, new worlds, new stuff at bazar, and something that look a closer bit to shandalar'micropose. Story, map, dungeons, etc.
I've some worlds ideas, and will post it soon.

I was working on the Mirrondin world but had the issue of dealing with banned cards. The artifact lands were so crucial to the Precon decks.
Should they be left how they are or should they be banned.

EDIT : wrong way, I looked in world/ directory.
There is no choice. But I don't know if ban is active for AI.
If not, some cards have to be banned for everyone.
I'm not sure artifact lands alone are unbalanced, if Disciple + Ravager + others needed cards are banned.

Well Ravager should not be that bad. I don't think that the AI could use it nearly as well as a player.
Any time that optimal play involves sacing its own permanents the AI has issues.
