I'm not quite sure what you mean. I post everything in this forum. Every deck in every thread is forgeable for the version that was current when it was posted.

I don't have V1.3.10. So, which Zip files will I need to download?

All posts prior to March 15th of this year, except for the first one in each thread, have decks that are forgeable in 1.3.9.

It will be quicker for you to download version 1.3.10 and then the large zip-files that are in the first post of each thread.

Besides, 1.3.9 seems to have had a fair number of stack freezes. 1.3.10 is less buggy (and has split cards, so why wouldn't you get it  ).

I was planning to get every other update. This is because of the amount of time it takes to download the file(s).

@EmeraldTiger: just a heads up, right now we're making some files downloadable via the content downloaders and removing them from the distributable, so in the future the release archives will be much smaller and take less time to download.

People should not re-download all of the card pictures with each and every new beta release. The next beta release will move our pictures, decks and other data out of the forge folder and into a different folder.
