Regarding the "Invalid class typecast" error
by Jorbes » 09 Feb 2010, 16:38
Hi,
Someone posted a topic about this a few days back.
During the restore, it didn't return so I'll just post the answer here.
When you run OPT.exe without the 'graphics' folder present, you get this error. This could mean the zip file with OPT wasn't extracted first before running OPT.exe (windows allows you to access zip files like folders) or it could mean there are graphics files missing. I did not take the time to see which ones could be causing this, simply because having the images present is a requirement for OPT to run.
To restore missing graphics files, simply extract the zip file again.
Hope that helps whoever had the error.
