cant get opt to run on vista

hey i tried to get it running on vista to no success
it either crashes while starting or starts and freezes totaly, so i can click anything etc
it didnt start even once properly, not even in xp or 2000 compatibility mode
on my old xp pc i never had problems :/

the answer is clear - get windows 7!
