The card needs to exist in the cards file, so OPT can read the data from there. Maybe you use an outdated cards file and the server uses one with newer cards? Do other cards show up with data (like, do you see data when you hover over a card) ?
Or maybe the program cannot read the cards file, this could be the case when you unpack OPT in a protected directory (windows 7 issue)

Opt cant find the .sets, .card files. I have it under OnlinePlayTable\data\games\mtg. It seems that the path is set incorrectly in opt. Can i change the path? If yes, how?

Updating doesnt help.

I have Vista but disabling UAC doesnt help.

are there any more folders in games? currently there may be only 1 folder, the mtg folder.
try running OPT as administrator if you have rights to do so.
or try to place the OPT folder on your desktop, you should have all rights there.

open the mtg.cards file with notepad or notepad++ and search for the cardname.
if it's there, try unzipping OPT again to a different drive if you have one.

when you start OPT, does it say it cannot find the .cards file and/or .sets file?

can you check the properties of the files it cannot find and make sure everyone has read permissions on them? also set read permissions on the folder in the data folder. i think you have a very restrictive windows vista setup and therefor cannot 'find' certain file types.

Every file and folder leading to the files have read permissions. Still doesnt work.

If it were because of certain file types it probably wouldnt find the theme file too.

I think the path is set incorrectly in the opt.

well, i don't know what else to say, it works fine for everyone else.
try one more thing though, when you unzip OPT, if you use winrar, when you do "Extract files...", on the advanced Tab, check the 'clear attribute archive' in the attributes group.
Other than that, unless this issue occurs for other users, I cannot investigate any further, as I do not have a machine with windows vista.
