How to organize a tournament in OPT?

Hello people, I recently installed OPT and to be honest, I am really enjoying all the great features that it offers, I personally like it so much more than MWS (except for the lack of players though).

Anyways, I have just created a server with a friend of mine to play with a bunch of other friends and launch online tournaments, drafts, etc... But I can't quite understand how is it that I organize a tournament using OPT itself? I understand it can be done since I see the command to create a tournament and to join a tournament match, however, once I create the tournament, I'm pretty much stuck 'cause I don't know how to register players into the tournaments. I hope some one can help me with this. Is there, perhaps, an additional command that's not included on the list to register to a tournament?

Thanks!

PD: btw, feel free to join my server whenever you'd like to play casual games and hopefully free online tournaments (if i find out how to do it :p) the address is  mt.servegame.com :)

as stated via pm, the feature, requested by magic-league, was never finished because of their cease and desist notice.
maybe in a 2.0?

basically, they were advertising for software to use to play magic online for free, like apprentice, mws, netdraft.
they are no longer allowed to do this, so this means they can also not actively promote OPT, therefor it's a waste of time for me to implement any magic-league specific features.

lame. that sucks. were you involved directly, or did it come down on magic-league only?

it had nothing to do with me, i just stopped working on the feature because they could no longer 'push' OPT as their primary magic program
