OPT doesnt want to work for me :0!

So I've downloaded OPT, and tried running it, but something weird happens. It does the loading cards, and loading theme graphics fine, but once it finally opens, it just goes white.

Anyone else have this problem or can provide solutions. I'm on windows vista with two monitors if that helps :/
