Version (1.0.32) released, bug fixes, Twilight pieces

Postby telengard » 11 Apr 2010, 00:56

It's been about a month so I'm doing a release. :)

I counted 88 changes in the CHANGELOG. Phew.

Some highlights for this release:

- More Twilight pieces, about half of the 60 are implemented (Carrion Warcharm is fun!)
- More optimizations and some changes for the forthcoming multi-core support.
- A lot of updates to support weird interactions, and a lot of work to get the 'Reserves' requirement working correctly.
- A metric ton of bug fixes.

The OS X version will be up tomorrow.

Enjoy! Remember, if you see issues be sure to save your game.log so you can post it here. It will help w/ debugging issues a LOT.

Hi there mate,

i'm experiencing an issue with the "swap drive" ability of the Hunter Killer. It changes spaces at the beginning of both phases (mine and of my opponent),

Hiya melkor75,

Sorry about that. I had updated the exchange_abilities_triggered to support multiple trigger conditions and introduced a small bug. It is now fixed and will be in the next release (which will be soon I hope).

The big thing in the next release is going to be multi-core support which (if you have more than 1 CPU) will speed up the AI and allow it, in theory at least, look further ahead.

Hmm, so you saw the normal non-tournament behavior w/ it set to tournament initiative? i.e. You could skip spawn phases more than once in a row?

I'll look into this. Thanks for the bug report!

melkor75, if you see this again, if you could post the game.log that would help tremendously.
