Version (1.0.38) released. Filter for warband editor, more.

This release doesn't have any really *big* features except for a filter dialog for the warband creator. There are lots of ways to filter all of the pieces. In addition, I added scoring cell graphics to the board and made the changes for all of the code to be 64 bit ready (which was a lot more work than I expected).

Also, lots of bug fixes and improvements some neat new customs (one is a location that can become a creature, a new feature of the engine).
A bad bug w/ Bodyguard was also fixed.
