Version (1.0.42) released. Lots of fixes and customs

Another release is in the can with a *huge* changelog.
No big changes but lots of small ones which should make the playing experience much better.

A bunch of (13!) fun new customs. I love making these. In addition I've implemented more from the Twilight custom set.

Abilities/pieces that got fixes:

Valor Beacon, Respawn, Ambush, Shackle, Mine, Stormwatch Peak, Grand Hive, Demented Stepmother, Bloodtax, Haste Gambit, Spur, Infest, and more.
