1.0.45 released. Feature requests, customs, fixes

Changes this release:
A couple feature requests were implemented:
- The ability choose the font for the event and action windows (ctrl-shift-f).
- The ability to filter what is generated for random warbands in the warband viewer/editor.
- Added 11 new custom pieces
- Fixes for Gent, Nullify, Fade, Gelatinous Dude, Transpose/Exchange, Mimic, Swordstrider, Locomotivator, Stormwatch Peak, Hypnotic Freak, Halo abilities, Venom Cloud X, Savannah Harrower, Bloodtusk Throne.
