Collectible Card Game Headquarters

A lot of good fixes in this release thanks to Phygerator.

Other changes this release:

- Added a few new customs.
- Some performance enhancements for warbands with pieces w/ certain abilities.

Hehe, you must have time for a quick game here or there.

Time has been pretty tight for me too and will
surely diminish when the new baby gets here. :shock:
