1.0.48 released. Fixes, customs, performance, AI

A pretty long list of updates in this release. The AI has been tweaked quite a bit for the hybrid and the minmax should play a bit better (still working on making it even better). The default depth is now up to 8 due to more performance improvements. I think the first official release started @ 5 or 6 moves ahead, possibly 4.

Other changes:

- Fixed a pretty important issue w/ Mire, a bunch of very obscure ability iteractions, and numerous other ability and stat related fixes.
- A couple new customs
- Improved the warband search options a bit.
