Never had a use in the code AFAIK. It was just a reference file for skin designers made by Doublestrike. But the main sprite already mentions that it is a 40 x 40px grid so there's no need to keep that reference image.myk wrote:one more question too: can grid_icons.png be deleted? I see no reference to it in the code. What use was intended for it/did it once have?
