Trigger "NewGame"

Swordshine has added a new Trigger - TriggerNewGame.

How do you think - can we replace all ocurrences of 'MayEffectFromOpeningHand' keyword with it?
Personally I like that trigger more than 'MayEffect....'

It would need to be tested, but especially the chancellor's have some funky things going on with themselves so I'm not sure how well it would work. These fake "triggers" would also need to be set as static, since they do not use the Stack. I also am not sure how the AI treats these may abilities, to see how they would react to them.

Then these two methods to perform actions as the game starts have to be unified somehow, don't they?
