Source of LQ images?

Download LQ Card Pictures appears to use each card's "SVar:Picture:" property to identify the download Url which are all currently set to "http://resources.wizards.com/magic/cards/...".

That suprised me, on my setup that is 13008 image requests to a site which I would have thought would be the last place you would be linking Forge to. At least to the extent that is happening here. How does this work with trademark/copyright stuff?

Make that 12872 wizards.com sourced images - 136 cards use "http://www.cardforge.org/fpics/..."!
