Commander beginnings

First of all, sorry for just up and disappearing like that.Won't bore you with reasons.
Second, gonna have to postpone the work on text replacement as an indirect result of my first point.
Thirdly, I will probably be only sporadically present for the foreseeable future, as a more direct result of my first point.

Features:
- Horrible home screen that I literally just copy/pasted to be able to get in to the game to test things out.
- Dedicated Commander deck editor, for simplicity's sake.
- Commander damage, costchanging ,movement replacement implemented & preliminary mana replacement. I'm not sure how the mana replacement interacts with the whole expressChoice shtick.
