Card Script Normalization

At some point I want to start some normalization of card script parameters. If you have any parameters that have tripped you in card scripting in the past that aren't really consistent across the different Effects let me know in this thread.
The first thing on my list is going to be replacing "Each" with "Player" for Defined$ or Valid$ cases.
