AbilityFactory and Flashback special costs

AbilityFactory and Flashback special costs

The Flashback special costs seem to work OK, but we may want to consider using a more human readable way to display the special flashback costs. I just tested Acorn Harvest and Battle Screech and noticed this situation.

Ah, r3503 looks better. Battle Screech still looks a little funky:
Flashback: Tap 3 untapped Creature.Whites.

Oh yea. AbCost does it pretty generically because there just isn't a way to parse the IsValidCard into a Description right now. 
This is mostly the reason why the Valid Target parameter also comes with a Prompt.
