Comments in main.properties

Is it possible to insert comments into main.properties? For those of us who want to keep all our images in a permanent folder and download snapshots, etc it would be nice to know what property affects what part of Forge. Also if it is possible, reorder the info to put the image related stuff together to make it easier to find those sections. If these things are possible, I am willing to do this and post the results here for feedback and possible implementation.

Hi! forge.properties contains a detailed description of the file format. as stated there, '#' starts a comment line. I think what you're talking about is a good idea (enabling such things was the intent of the file format), but I'm only a user these days
