Love those card state icons.moomarc wrote:Not quite finished yet but thought I'd post some teaser images anyway... The Simpsons come to Forge!
Bright colours perfect for those happy days remeniscing about old Simpsons episodes. The battlefield still needs some work and I need to finish creating custom quest icons like in the attachment (the apothecary will probably be Moe's and the potions beer)
Anyway, any feedback at this stage could save time.

Thanks. My favorite is the phasing icon... Homer going for a beer every other turn was just too good to pass up.Doublestrike wrote:That. Is. Bloody. Sweet. AWESOME!

@Doublestrike, I also created a quick avatar sprite with just Simpsons characters, but it seems that only the default one is read. Do you intend to add support for skins to contain replacement avatar sprites?

That's the plan. I'll nudge it up the list now.

I finished up the icons for quest so its where I'm happy to commit now, so I've done so. Post any feedback here if there's something you feel needs to be changed before the beta release. I think it works well though and has a fun feel that's completely different to the rest of the skins. I've also included the small selection of avatars so Doublestrike has something to work with (the sprite will definitely need to be expanded at some stage but I felt there were enough to start with.

Thank you Marc.
I see that I started today's snapshot build shortly before you merged in your new work.

I might get a chance to do another snapshot later today.

Effing A that's sweet Doublestrike!
Shouldn't the splash disclaimer be dark colored?

Thanks guys, thought something light-colored would be nice
EDIT - hey, Rob's back!
Yeah, the disclaimer color has been at the back of my mind for a while. I think I'll just change it to be the same color as the unfilled progress text, no need for a new swatch. EDIT - finished.

I suppose the files might help, yeah. The match background has some issues at some resolutions at the moment.

Cool beans, WompWomp!
Was there a TTF font too, that didn't make it into the zip?
Do you want it named "WompWomp" or...firebloom? Skyhammer?
Also, the BG texture is tiled, so it should be seamless. The BG image is centered.
