I think that we want to convince people to actually read the announcement message rather than just downloading the archive.

Too much text and too much detail might be a turn off for some people. As they say, K.I.S.S. :)

Thanks for going through all the releases and adding the info to readme.txt! I learned a lot of history by reading through your svn commits.

Chris, maybe split Noteworthy Bugfixes from Features. It seems odd that the first current "new feature" is fixing a bug.

You're welcome. I did not go back father than 2011 and a lot of material I saw failed to make the cut. :)

How about if I change "New Features" to "Noteworthy Bugfixes and New Features"? Or would that be too wordy?

How about converting it to HTML?

Or we could consider "Release Notes".

I went ahead and changed this header title over for today's snapshot build. This new name should cover bug reports, new features and general statements that are informative.

I will keep the change log for a few more days to give people a chance to decide if we really need to include them. I think that the general feeling is that those who have a strong interest in them can see them displayed at the rep site listing.

And most people are not interested in them, they will read a few paragraphs in the announcement message and then get busy playing the game.

As of this morning we already have 133 new standard cards (excluding Avatars etc) ready for the release. Not bad for a release without a new set! Looking like it'll be a good one.

Tomorrow is the planned release date. Are there any more serious bugs to fix?

If you can, could you fix the creature with mana ability losing the ability after being tapped to pay for the cost of a different card? Such as Sea Scryer being tapped for Azami, Lady of Scrolls?

Tested further and it only affects mana abilities so a Prodigal Sorcerer tapped for Azami, Lady of Scrolls can still use his ability afterwards.
