Cleanup step in GUI

We cannot really control if a player get priority in cleanup step. If there nothing to do, he won't get priority. If there are any triggers, he will. So this button for cleanup step results useless - the priority to get does not depend on my choice.

I suggest removing it at all, let ET be lit during cleanup step.

Single class for single responsibility.
