For anyone concerned, here's the missing commit log entry for rev 25397:
- Committing Xitax's script updates for set-specific tokens
- Updated token download urls
- Added comment to changes.txt about the new tokens

Commit had failed twice, and I forgot to add it to the final commit that worked
