Bug: Heroes' Podium

In all versions of Forge that has the card, including the most recent one .21, this issue exists.

Heroes' Podium is a card that gives all Legendary Creatures you control +1/+1 for each other Legendary Creatures you control, however instead it is giving all Legendary Creatures +1/1 for all other Legendary Creatures, whether you control them or not.

Below is the problem shown using a deck I created. In the first screen shot you can see Leyline of Singularity, making all nonland permanents Legendary.

In the second Screenshot I put out Heroes' Podium, and as all creatures are now Legendary, it is giving all of them +1/+1 for each other one, not just under my control.

It is a simple bug, it just seems one tag is missing stating my control.
