Collectible Card Game Headquarters

I am playing a game with a deck that has 2 copys of Elixir of Immortality in it. I play 1 and wait till the opponents end step (ET) to use it. So the next draw is an Elixir of Immortality and im thinking okay thats rare but possible. I continue playing and repeat the steps again. Only to once again draw an Elixir of Immortality on my next draw step. I have repeated the process 5 times and got the same result every time. Update: I am now using the newest forge 1.5.29 (just downloaded before I updated this post to see if updating forge would fix it) and I was just able to do it 8 times in a row just now.
