Prossh, Skyraider of Kher bug

Reproduced in 1.5.32 as shown here. In this example, the user has just cast Prossh, Skyraider of Kher from his hand. The event triggered, but no kobolds appeared. This also occurred when casting Marath, Will of the Wild--it died immediately.

This is an auto-cast issue. If you pay the mana manually, the event resolves normally.
