I used
Minion Reflector as template here, but it seems there are some slight differences the template doesn't allow for.
Minion Reflector creates tokens with haste, while this grants haste after the token is on the battlefield (this would be relevant if anything, say, triggered on creature with haste entering the battlefield). Also, with
Minion Reflector, the token has a sacrifice ability while this has a delayed trigger (so if you double the tokens with
Parallel Lives,
Minion Reflector will result in one sacrifice trigger per token while
Flameshadow Conjuring will have a single exile trigger that will exile both tokens). Checking with
Echo Chamber shows that it's probably
Minion Reflector that has imprecise implementation.

As for
Tainted Remedy, I tried using
