Collectible Card Game Headquarters

Is the svn repo listed on (this site's wiki)Forge:How_to_Get_Started_Developing_Forge#working_checkout still correct?

I've tried checking it out using multiple methods but always bet the following error:
svn: E175002: Unable to connect to a repository at URL (Forge URL)
svn: E175002: Server sent unexpected return value (400 Bad Request) in response to OPTIONS request for (Forge URL)


Sorry for the lack of links - apparently the forum considers the wiki an 'off-site URL'
