Collectible Card Game Headquarters

i added Panharmonicon, i did test it and it did work, but i am not 100% happy about the Keyword thing.

i did Spark of Creativity too. for that one we might need some AI logic again.
Also i think i need a Reveal in the script somewhere. (because while testing the card i didn't get to see it)

I already did Rashmi, she(?) has already been committed. The other thing we don't have is an Inventions Editions file, and functionality for their generation. Since Masterpieces are a new thing they are probably worth their own parameter with how often they appear.

oh you did? i didn't noticed Rashmi.

for the MasterPieces, for now we might do them similar like the Zendikar Lands

I added Kaladesh Inventions (currently implemented the same way as Zendikar Expeditions, which is not entirely correct when it comes to chance of appearance etc., feel free to tweak as time permits ).

swordshine did make Fairgrounds Trumpeter,
and i updated it to use better in game checking.
(because what happens if it changes control?)

what exactly is wrong with your Captured by the Consulate, and what need to be done to fix that?

It wasn't actually changing the targets, it seemed like while i was debugging it wasn't matching the triggered StackInstance with the one that was on the stack.
