Collectible Card Game Headquarters

Please, what is the difference between StaticData.getAllCards() and StaticData.getCommonCards()?

I have a theory that CommonCards only had cards from sets whereas AllCards includes promotional ones, but I'm having difficulty confirming that just by looking at it.

CommonCards is normal card types (Creature Artifact etc) AllCards includes "odd" card types like Schemes Avatars etc.
