Collectible Card Game Headquarters

Got too frustrated with always having to enable my filters after every game(no, leaving the tabs open didn't help - picking a deck resets the tabs), so investigated where the default filters are set, turned out to be trivially simple.
This patch makes both defaults if anyone else needs that.

One thing that would be nice would be to make these customizable, either through the preferences, or something like "save current filters as defaults".

Agreed. Will add to my "todo" list. (it's starting to get really long lol)
Not sure if these go to quest preferences or global preferences? All deck editors use filters so I guess global?
