Urza world

Completed the Urza block world, all battles tested and work. 30 duels, 20 challenges.
Rename the file to zip.
Please include this world in the next release!
Cards being used are 99% from the Urza block.
Exceptions :
Two very hard decks use some dual lands - as the block has no multicolored lands to use instead.
Yawgmoth uses Drain Life - necessary evil to fuel Yawgmoth's Bargain. An alternative would be to break the 4-of limit and use more copies of Corrupt and Soul Feast but I rather not do that outside of challenges.
Tolarian Academy uses Time Warp - more of a flavor than really useful for the deck, as the place was strongly related to altered flow of time. Time Spiral is not marked AI playable and is generally not a good move for the AI so I didn't include that.
Urza uses Urza's Rage from Invasion.
Serra uses Wrath of God instead of Catastrophe. This can be replaced in the future once the AI becomes capable of making a SMART decision on which mode to use. My standards for this will be pretty high though - the Armageddon effect is a guaranteed loss if chosen at the wrong time. One challenge also uses WoG but that one is intended to stay that way - the AI should never be able to destroy lands there.
