Access to commit to Forge SVN repository

In order to do my commits I requested a membership in Forge Developers group
of this forum as suggested in Wiki in Committing changes to the repository section.
So far two weeks have gone and my request is still pending. As wiki predicts only about 2 days delay something must have gone wrong.
For reference here is a post with a patch I am willing to commit.
