New MTG Format: Brawl

Key differences:
- Only Standard-legal cards (banlist remains in effect)
- 60-card deck including commander
- 30 life to start

Great that you have added brawl!
One question, I can't find the ur-dragon?
I can find it in normal commander but not in brawl deck editor?
