I tested this keyword today and found out, that it only works as:
1, Sacrifice CARDNAME: Draw a card.
(The entry in the post Keywords recognized by Forge still lists {cost}, Sacrifice {card name}: Draw a card.)

This means that this card can be added to cards.txt:
