cards with Paintap

I found some more cards that can be added by using the paintap keyword.

Since the paintap keyword doesn't really deal damage but just substracts life and mana abilities can't be countered, I'm so free as to also suggest cards that have an activation cost of paying life. If someone finds a problem with that, let me know.

Might I suggest renaming the current functionality as "lifetap" and make the simple change in paintap to use damage?

This leaves room for damage prevention effects to bypass the pain.

lifetap should expect signed integers, on the off chance gaining life is ever used as a cost... sorta like untap. (maybe something from the MSE custom card groups..)
