Created decks do not appear anywhere within app folder

Created decks do not appear anywhere within app folder

Using android v 1.6.49.001
Decks I made to test:

NOWHERE on the entire phone:
imgur. com/a/97dgJtb
imgur. com/a/yb9YMOc
imgur. com/a/himxUKx
Actual pre-existing decks in the correct directory are searchable but are not ingame:
imgur. com/a/iAEzVH2
Where are the deck files supposed to be, and why is it not in, oh I don't know, the decks folder?
