Bond of Agony - expects mana instead of paying life to cast...
A requester appears that asks how much life to pay but once that is responded to, Forge then waits for (and expects) the amount of life that was entered for the casting cost to be paid with mana rather than life points.

You have to spend life and mana.(if you read the card)
